Margaret Rowley

Margaret is a partner in our banking and financial services team. She regularly advises Irish institutions in a wide range of areas including acquisition finance and general secured and unsecured lending transactions. She also advises semi state organisations and international finance and investment companies, particularly those based in the UK.

Margaret gained extensive and invaluable banking experience having previously worked in the legal department of a large financial institution. This experience makes her a highly respected advisor to clients on debt restructuring in addition to banking issues relating to loan and security documentation.
