Corporate Restructuring / New Lending
We advise on a wide variety of lending transactions, including commercial property investments, asset finance, developments and other property finance projects. We handle everything, from the drafting and approval of facility letters to preparing a range of security documentation together with property title investigations. In addition, we offer a competitive fixed rate pricing structure.

Security Reviews
The team works to a fixed price to carry out clear and concise security reviews and adopts a fair, reasonable, pragmatic and commercially realistic approach to resolving any title and security issues.

Insolvency / Receiverships
OBL has vast experience in working closely with both the banks and all the main insolvency practitioners. The reason why we are chosen above so many other firms is that we offer first class expertise with incredibly competitive rates and this helps to not only ease progress but to also maintain a good relationship between the Bank, the firm and the receiver. We advise receivers on the validity of their appointments, the marketability of the title and the ultimate disposal of the asset.

Litigation / Contentious matters
We understand the requirement to be sensitive but also commercially astute when it comes to issuing legal proceeding against borrowers and we will always support this as the bank’s position of last resort. OBL has a panel of barristers and third-party advisers who work with us on a very competitive fee arrangement with our clients to keep costs to a minimum.
